THE FORMS

These were designed so that our observations could be applied directly to the task at hand. There were checks built into them so the tolerances expected in closing could be achieved. The forms took account of the trigonometry involved by set process and prescribed formulae. We used the curta, trig and log tables in our calculating. We applied the raw data to the forms and went flat out calculating. Speed and accuracy were the high priority.
